I work with clients to improve digestion, support the immune system and assist the body in the detoxification process. Iuse cutting-edge tools like the MRT (Mediator Release Test) to check for food sensitivities that may be irritating the gut and a GI‑MAP (Microbial Assay Plus) stool test to check for digestive function, immune function, and gut invader overgrowth.
As a supplement specialist, I provide educational and support to choose high quality, professional-grade products from my dispensary and through other sources. My personalized protocols are designed to optimize vitality, improve immunity, digestion, and mental function, resulting in lasting resilience and resistance. I offer a variety of holistic services individually tailored for any budget and level of commitment. I meet clients virtually or in person through one-on-one consultations or in a small group settings. I also provide corporate wellness classes that include basic nutrition tips and tricks, healthy eating habits (at work or while traveling), and immune support. My approach can improve productivity and reduce time out of work due to illness.
Each of my clients will receive my “HINT” of the week or month. This includes tips and tricks that will expand their knowledge and create a healthy relationship with their food. It challenges my clients to look deeper into their relationship with food, what happens when you eat certain foods, easy recipes, and other interesting facts.

In most cases, my first recommendation is to create a nutrient dense, whole food, and seasonal based diet that incorporates a variety of organic fruit, vegetables, proteins, and fats. I can also provide simple tips on eating properly and suggest supplements to help your body improve digestion.
