As one of the most well known and loved herbs, chamomile is a major multitasker!! It’s useful for both sleep and the digestive system, which is a win for me because I like to address multiple issues with one solution whenever possible. Not only does it assist as a mild sedative for a restful sleep, it’s also carminative, which means it will help soothe abdominal cramps, dispel gas, and reduce bloating.
