A full assessment of current diet and health history. I provide a detailed questionnaire to develop a baseline of information then provide comprehensive review for changes in food consumption and supplements.  If desired, I can conduct a physical examination with nuero-lingual testing. Hair analysis and other tests can be added if recommended or desired at additional costs.

I can provide an overview of simple and practical steps to increase productivity and healthy work habits in an office setting. I bring a dynamic talk that is tailored to your office through surveying the interests of the group. Many clients prefer a monthly or quarterly talk that builds on previous topics, discussions and questions.

Pantry Clean-out

Many of my clients desire a home visit to assess what should or should not be in their pantry and refrigerator. This helps them to jump-start their transition to a healthier diet based on their health assessment. I can also provide this service outside a health assessment if you just want to know what to get rid of and what to add.

Personal Shopping Assistant
