Yes! Before the Initial appointment, clients are required to complete health history intake forms, food/mood journal entries, and a detailed questionnaire to establish a baseline of information. Intake forms will take approximately 45 minutes to compete and you should plan to complete 3 to 5 days of the Food/Mood journal entries. This will give me information about how you are feeling and specific things to talk about during our time together during the Initial consultation (90 minute). I collect a comprehensive health history to discuss your current nutrition pattern and any present conditions.
-
Functional Nutritional Therapists have completed supervised practice hours, passed a certification exam, and completed continuing education to maintain credentials. I have received and continue to receive ongoing training and attend webinars, workshops, and conferences to develop their responsive counseling skills further.

Yes! We can work virtually. We will meet via video conference or phone call and communicate between sessions using email. You can expect the same premium coaching support as if you were face-to-face in your home.

All sessions are 1:1 with me so that you can get the most personalized support and the fastest results possible. Coaching sessions are personalized to your unique goals and needs. I will offer an initial review of potential adjustments to your food consumption, supplements, and lifestyle, followed by a Q&A session. It includes a comprehensive review of your current diet, supplements, and health history. I focus and provide initial guidance on daily diet, mindset, movement, lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation. This includes comprehensive support in optimizing your diet and nutrition, or incorporating stress management and self-care routines.
The initial consultation meeting is designed to provide a thorough evaluation and health assessment. Using this information, together we develop a comprehensive and personalized nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.
After the consultation I provide a detailed list of suggested changes. This information will be sent to you in a written summary and reviewed with you during the 60 minute Follow-Up consultation and supported throughout each of the Check-In sessions.
With Check-In sessions, consistency is key; the goal is healing, so that when you complete your work with me, you will have established new habits to support your health journey. This is the time when I will assess your progress and make adjustments if needed, according to your health needs.
Additionally, I may suggest Food Sensitivities and/or Stool Testing laboratory analyses. This can be included at extra cost if needed or requested after the completion of the 3 or 6 month program.
